Data retention period
The data collected will be kept for as long as they are necessary to manage requests, queries or as long as you do not request their erasure. Afterwards, they will remain blocked during the legal limitation periods to attend to possible liabilities of any kind. After these periods, the data will be securely destroyed.
Recipients
The Data Controller may communicate the processed data to the following categories of recipients, always in accordance with the applicable regulations and with the necessary guarantees:
- Data processors (suppliers necessary for the provision of the service, providers of technological services such as document managers or specialised software necessary for the management of the company).

If you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been properly attended, you can contact the Data Controller through the email indicated above. You can also file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Authority (https://www.aepd.es) if you consider that a breach of data protection law has been committed with respect to the processing of your data.
