Jiménez Piris
Since 2019, she has worked in the litigation department of one of the most renowned law firms in Spain, consolidating her expertise in antitrust litigation. She manages private enforcement proceedings of competition law and claims for damages arising from antitrust infringements, representing both national and international clients in complex proceedings.
She also has experience in privacy and data protection matters, which enhances her global perspective and adaptability. She is certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and holds an accredited level of English (C2 Proficiency), dealing with international clients and bringing an open-minded approach and precise solutions to multicultural environments.
Gonzalo
Luque Calleja
Since 2018, he has been practising law in the litigation department of leading firms within the Spanish legal sector. He is specialised in Civil, Commercial and Insolvency litigation, acting as lead counsel in complex proceedings at all stages and instances, including pre-litigation advice as well as negotiation and management of agreements.
He holds an accredited C1 Advanced level in English (with C2-Speaking recognition) and has experience managing cases involving elements of private international law, providing both strategic and tactical vision, always with a results-oriented approach.
